These are, in my humble opinion, the greatest Science Fiction films in all of HUMANITY!
Not in numerical order, simply in order of when I remember the film’s title.

Honorable Mentions: Logan’s Run, Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan, everything by Ray Harryhausen, Predator, Aliens, Robocop, Mad Max, The Road Warrior, Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome(Mainly because of the rubber band chainsaw fight.), E.T. The Extraterrestrial, Joss Whedon’s Firefly series, The Terminator, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, the ending of Terminator 3, Twelve Monkeys, X-men, X2, Babylon Five seasons 2, 3, & 4, The new Battlestar Gallatica seasons 1 & 2, Star Blazers (a.k.a. Space Battle Cruiser Yamato), Robotech (a.k.a. Macross, Southern Cross, and Mospedia), Spider Man 2, Iron Man, and probably The Incredible Hulk( This is a guesstimate, if it turns out to be a terrible film I will remove it from the Honorable Mentions list). The reason Batman Begins is not on the list is because I feel it falls more in the Superhero genre than Sci-fi. The issue with Spider Man 2 is that it can really fit in both where as the X-men, Iron Man, and probably Hulk fit more in the Sci-fi genre than Superhero. Of course this is merely the Honorable Mentions list so, who cares. If anyone of you want to challenge my list, please inform me of any mistakes and/or omissions. Also on the Honorable Mentions list, Saturn 3, Silent Running, and Dark Star. Also every Japanese Godzilla film ever made, Gamera too, and Both versions of David Lynch’s Dune.
